Shipping

All of our items are handmade to order. We ask that you bare this in mind as orders may take one to two weeks to be processed. All packages are shipped from Saanichton BC using Canada Post. At checkout tracking for packages is optional. All and Extra will not be responsible for lost packages if tracking was not chosen at checkout. All and Extra is not liable for packages once they have been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to personal hygiene standards we can not accept returns or exchanges.

We can however repair, replace or resize pieces if an item does not fit or happens to break with wear. All repairs are free. We do however expect that you pay for shipping to and from us. We will not cover any additional shipping costs. Please contact us by email at allandextra@gmail.com to organize a repair. 

Damaged Product

If a product is damaged or broken upon receiving it we will happily fix it for you free of cost. However we do ask that an image of the product with its original packaging be sent to us before the item is shipped back for fixing. Images can be sent to our email allandextra@gmail.com. Shipping to and from us is your responsibility. We will not cover any additional shipping costs. Please contact us by email at allandextra@gmail.com if you receive a damaged product.
