All of our items are handmade to order with the exception of ready-to-ship hats. We ask that you bare this in mind as orders may take 1-2 weeks to be processed. All packages are shipped from Squamish BC using Canada Post. At checkout tracking for packages depending on weight and size is optional. All and Extra will not be responsible for lost packages if tracking was not chosen at checkout. All and Extra is not liable for packages once they have been shipped.
Please note surcharges and duty fees demanded by your country are your responsibility and are not covered by All and Extra.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to personal hygiene standards and the custom nature of our products we can not accept returns or exchanges.
We can however repair or resize pieces if an item does not fit or happens to break with wear. All repairs are free. We do however require that you pay for shipping to and from us. We will not cover any additional shipping costs. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to organize a repair or resize.
If a product is damaged or broken upon receiving it, we will happily fix it for you free of cost. However we do ask that an image of the product with its original packaging be sent to us before the item is shipped back for fixing. Images can be sent to our email email@example.com. Shipping to us is your responsibility. However we will cover the shipping costs associated with returning a fixed or replaced item.
